A very comfortable stay

The room was clean. It was also big enough. The location is great and near the train station. The hotel has friendly staff. They are helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast options. The coffee was great. The bed was comfortable.
I booked a gourmet package, but I did not get an upgrade to my room.

fantastic stay
lovely building lovely decoration customer service luggage service
the doorman greeted us and handled our luggage (a really nice touch). our room was spacious, luxurious, and very clean. the staff were excellent, and i found the dining and bar to be very nice. i really appreciate how easy everything was made, nothing seemed like too much trouble.
the water pressure in the shower was a little low for my liking.

the hotel is near the train station. i found the area around the hotel to be convenient for exploring local attractions and amenities. it is easy to get around from this location.

i appreciated the adults-only sessions at the spa. the valet service for parking worked perfectly, especially since it was a busy time in the city. the bar was comfortable and had a great atmosphere for evening relaxation.

the rooms were a little small and badly designed. the bar was expensive. i think the service charge, at 12.5%, is excessive.
